"Normally, you have low levels of lactate in your blood and CSF. High levels of lactate may be a sign of a wide variety of medical conditions."
Many types of conditions can cause lactate buildup. They fall into two main groups:

VIVERs when in Atrial Fibrillation or stressful situations takes Magnesium.including every night.
You run from Doctor to Doctor. You see (8) different Doctors whom give you 8 different reasons. Even you know your Internist who gathers all the information does not make common sense.

After an expensive Toxic Mold apartment when Forensic Toxicologist blood labs found mycotoxins in my blood, I went to Optimum Health to juice green vegies and learnt how your body functions. They have educational, yoga and meditation classes.
Met a few famous from all over the world.
Very rugged. No TV. No WIFI. To focus on health and relax. It's not fancy. Stay for a week at a time. When leave the whites of your eyes are pure white and my memory was incredible.
When your body detoxes than your muscles will ache.
When leave you feel amazing. Hard to keep up the regiment when return to the real world.

WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE THIS A LAW FOR DOCTORS AND SURGEONS TO PROVIDE OR WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE,
If you are too shy while at the office or in person to request a typed written; diagnosis and explanation from your Doctor to support the Doctors reason to operate in writing. Than consider sending an eMail or FAX requesting the (detailed) reason for the surgery in order to show your family or your family won't help you. That you need your family to take time off work for support.
You can say that your family needs to take off work to help and they would like a detailed report regarding why a surgery is necessary, for their own 'family records'. If the Doctor declines than seek a 2nd opinion, however, do not advise another of the first Doctors opinion. Keep them seperate.
Request Surgeons, to TYPE a FULL PAGE DETAILED report when a patient requires surgery. Not an emergency surgery.
People are dying during simple surgeries and afterwards. The surgery was not complicated. I read some Doctors have spoken up when watching patients endure surgeries that were not necessary. One doctor I read had operated on (2) people in (2) different rooms, simultaneously, and one of the patients almost died. Another Surgeon reported him.
My Grandpa use to say; "Viv, honey put in writing than people can't argue and also it's a legal document. Therefore, can't misrepresent the TRUTH later, to cover themselves."
ADDITIONALLY, demand that Dr.'s MUST provide a scan of the body area to prove the patient needs surgery prior. When you are scanned first with CT/MRI etc. than when the Surgeon makes mistakes you can see that you were not injured before the surgery.
THIS IS WHAT WEALTHY DO;. They have their Attorneys look up the Surgeon in the court house records to verify lawsuits. The Medical Board does not report unless an Attorney reports, which I was advised they will negotiate to avoid.
Doctors need to pay a staff to type a report when the doctor dictates. Since this will save via many unnecessary surgeries and probably deaths, than the Doctor should be able to charge the Insurance Company for the time he spent on the report to the patient or maybe $100.00. It does take time.
